Welcome to Fantasy Bookly! By accessing or purchasing from our website (fantasybookly.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription & Billing

Fantasy Bookly is a quarterly subscription box service. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method every three months until you cancel.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing us at hello@fantasybookly.com.

Please cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box. We do not offer refunds for orders once a renewal has been processed.

2. Product Availability & Substitutions

Each box contains curated, limited-edition items and books. While we strive for consistency, specific items may vary due to availability. We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if necessary.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using UPS (final delivery may be completed by USPS). Shipping timelines may vary and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external events.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or outdated addresses.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the curated nature of our boxes, we do not accept returns or offer full refunds.

If your box arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item if available or offer a partial refund for the affected item(s).

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. If you’ve never logged in before, you can request a password reset using the email you subscribed with.

6. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your personal data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, copy, branding, and product names, is the intellectual property of Fantasy Bookly and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, policy violations, or inappropriate conduct.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site or subscription after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
