  • A Hauntingly Beautiful Collection for Fantasy Romance Lovers

    The July 2025 Fantasy Bookly Box invited readers into the shadows of desire and deception with a curation steeped in gothic charm and collector-worthy detail. Each tier captured the magic of our highest box, an immersive blend of fantasy, romance, and artistry designed for readers who crave both beauty and intensity in their stories. From exclusive signed editions to artisan-crafted treasures, every piece in this box was chosen to transform reading into ritual.

  • Exclusive Signed Editions & Custom Dust Covers

    Headlining the box was Among Shadows by Aline P. Mora, complete with a personalized author signature and an exclusive custom dust jacket, a limited design created solely for Fantasy Bookly subscribers. Readers also received The Lies of Lena by Kylie Snow, featuring a personalized signature and character art that brings the story’s tension and betrayal to life. Rounding out the book lineup, A Dream of Blood and Magic by Olivia Boothe arrived with a personalized signature, character art bookmark, stickers, a vellum insert, and a six-piece character art print set, creating a collector’s dream.

  • Luxe Bookish Treasures to Set the Mood

    To complement the darkly romantic reads, the July box featured Patch NYC’s Gold Skull Taper Candles, elegantly housed in a coffin-shaped box, a perfect gothic accent for any book nook. A coordinating bookmark completed the experience, inviting readers to linger in each story’s world a little longer. Every detail, from candlelight to custom art, was crafted to celebrate the pleasure of collecting and connecting through story.

April 2025

  • A Spellbinding Fantasy Romance Collection

    The April 2025 Fantasy Bookly Box transported readers into worlds of prophecy, power, and passion with three unforgettable signed editions: The Serpent and the Wolf by Rebecca Robinson, To Avenge a Fallen Star by Qilanna Quinn, and Trial of the Sun Queen by Nisha J. Tuli. Each book came with an exclusive author signature, blending collector’s appeal with the emotional depth fans love. This fantasy romance box was designed to ignite every reader’s imagination, offering both epic storytelling and elegant bookish treasures.

  • Curated Treasures with a Celestial Touch

    In addition to the exclusive books, April’s box included a dreamy glass cup adorned with celestial moon and star designs, complete with a bamboo lid and reusable straw, the perfect companion for late-night reading sessions. The black metal bookends, featuring intricate castle and dragon silhouettes, brought a touch of fantasy decor to every shelf. A rose-scented soap shaped like a blooming flower rounded out the experience, adding a note of indulgent self-care to the unboxing ritual.

  • Exclusive Artwork & Author Collaborations

    This month, we partnered with artist Tabya (@tatiartty) to create custom character art for To Avenge a Fallen Star, capturing the magnetic chemistry and tension between the leads. Subscribers also received bonus character art and stickers directly from the authors, making the April 2025 box feel deeply personal and immersive. Every piece, signed editions, art prints, and collectibles, was curated to celebrate the connection between reader and story.

January 2025

  • Our January 2025 box featured three signed books, with two of them being personalized to the subscriber's name! Subscribers received Shadowed Moonlight by K.C. Harper, The Starlight Heir by Amalie Howard, and Virch by Laura Resau. This box also included a facemask, four fantasy themed coasters, and a candle.

  • Virch art was created in Canva by Sarah (co-founder of Fantasy Bookly) as was The Starlight Heir art which featured AI, and collage techniques in Canva. While we always want to support artisits first, we recognize the significant sensory opportunity to receive a visual of characters and scenes and loved being able to provide that.

  • Shadowed Moonlight Art was comissioned by K.C. Harper from Zane M. Fannin @zanemichaelfannin on Instagram. K.C. Harper gave us permission to include in our box. The candle featured 'It's Not Smut It's Cliterature' text. Subscribers even got to choose the scent they wanted, including unscented for those with sensitivities!

October 2024

  • Our October 2024 box included three signed books, two of which were personalized, thank you Donna and R.L. Perez! The books in this box were The Stars Are Dying by C.C. Penaranda, The Bastard King by Donna Grant, and Crown of Slumber by R.L. Perez.

  • Custom dust cover created by Camila Câmara Instagram @smillallart. We are so lucky to work with incredible publishers, authors, and artists to bring you incredible boxes each quarter.

  • For October 2024, we leaned into the Halloween theme with a black and gold witch cup, a ghost library sweatshirt, and a skull skincare facemask. The Stars Are Dying also featured sprayed edges!

July 2024

  • Our July 2024 box included three signed books (two of which were personalized with the subscriber's name). Hannah Levin, author of The Treasured One also included book art, a bookmark, and a sticker (all shown below) for our subscribers along with a personalized signature - thanks Hannah!

  • Custom art for this box was a dust cover for Forgotten Shadow by Taylor Patterson. Art created by Nicole Bustamante. We love the attention to detail she included on the main couple! And special thanks to Taylor, who also personalized her signatures in the books.

  • Tier 3 always receives bookly goodies, and this time around we included a Morally Grey tote, a customized bookmark with the letter of their first name, a black cup for them to personalize, and book tabs! Shout out to our final author, Alexandra Ivy, who wrote Wild Magic, and wrote different messages on her signed bookplates.

April 2024

  • Our three books for April were all signed by the authors! We had A Feather So Black by Lyra Selene, The Bride of Death by F.M. Aden and Heartless Hunter by Kristen Ciccarelli.

  • Our April box was spring themed. We included a ceramic book vase and leaf bookmark as a couple of the goodies in our Tier 3 box.

  • Our Tier 2 and 3 subscribers enjoyed the custom dust cover for Heartless Hunter and Tier 3 also received the "Reading is Self-Care" tee.

JANUARY 2024

  • Our January box was Valentine's themed and included a heart shaped tea infuser, loose leaf tea, a skeleton valentine's mug, assorted chocolate, love connection cards, soap scented to smell like the lead from one of the books, and a special candle inspired by a top contender for this box.

  • Our books for January were City of Stardust by Georgia Summers - a special thank you for the signed book plates for our subscribers, Georgia! Blood Queen by Caitlin Denman - another special thank you, Caitlin for signing the books and including stickers for our subscribers! And lastly Courting War by Hazel St. Lewis.

  • A huge thank you to Hazel who made the Courting War books extra special for our subscribers. She hand painted the edges, she signed the insides, she included an author letter, and book art, both printed in the pages and then additional colored pieces outside of the book.

October 2023

  • Our October Tier 3 box featured lots of goodies, including an iridescent skull cup, Halloween mug, fall teas, Halloween candle, bookish stickers, vampire face mask, two anatomically correct heart shape soaps, and three incredible books: The Atonement of the Spine Cleaver, The Unmaking of Them, and Fall of Ruin and Wrath! Tier 2 received all three books, and Tier 1 got to pick 2 out of the 3 books

  • Two of our books for October came signed! We are thankful to F.E. Bryce for signing copies of Atonement of the Spine Cleaver for our Subscribers and to H.A. Watson for sending bookplates, stickers, and custom book art to include with their book, The Unmaking of Them! We advocate for signatures to make our boxes special, but that wouldn't be possible without incredible authors such as these!

  • The custom dust cover option was for Fall of Ruin And Wrath by Jennifer L. Armentrout. We designed it with the book themes in mind. There are embossed designs all over the book along with gold in front and back to highlight the text. A huge thank you to Jennifer and her team for approving this dust cover for our subscribers!

July 2023 - Our First Box!

  • For our launch, we had to go big with our packaging. Our favorite touch is the "Caution: Only Open If You're Ready To Explore Other Worlds" message on the lip of the box.

  • Our launch box included Garden of the Cursed by Katy Rose Pool. A big thank you to Katy for sending signed bookplates for each book and to artist Wavy Hues for designing the custom dust cover! We also included Claire Legrand's A Crown of Ivy and Glass and Laura Thalassa's Bewitched, which included a letter to our readers from Laura herself!

  • We worked with small businesses on Etsy to curate goodies that are fun and useful and support other small business owners such as ourselves. Tier 3 received a bookish tee, wooden bookmark, and stickers.
