Fantasy Bookly ships boxes quarterly, and we carefully pack and prepare each one to ensure your bookish magic arrives safely.
Shipping Carrier & Timeline

Most U.S. orders ship via UPS, though final delivery may be completed by USPS depending on your location. This hybrid method helps keep shipping rates affordable. Occasionally we partner with FedEx.

Shipping labels are generated through Shopify and include tracking.

Delivery timelines typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment within the U.S.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country’s regulations. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey from our shelves to your bookshelf.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Once your box has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control, but we’re here to help if things go wrong.
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

Wait 2–3 business days (carriers sometimes scans early)

Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address?
Please do so at least 10 days before your renewal date or email us directly.
We’re unable to reroute boxes once they’ve shipped.
