If you placed your order before the 6th of the ship-out month (January, April, July, or October), you’ll receive that quarter’s box.

If your order was placed on or after the 6th, your first box will ship with the next quarter.

For example: If you order on July 5th, you’ll receive the July box.

If you order on July 6th, your first box will be the October box.

Go to "Manage Subscription" from your account and edit your delivery details or payment info.

You can edit your subscription product, skip orders, or change your box size at any time through your portal.

Nope! We collect all duties and taxes at checkout through Shopify, so you won’t get hit with surprise fees when your package arrives. That’s part of our commitment to a stress-free shipping experience.

We currently charge a flat rate of $25 USD for all international orders. This includes tracking and duties paid up front.

International orders typically arrive in 6–12 business days after your box ships, depending on your country. We’ll send tracking info as soon as your box is on the way!

I (Sarah) personally read and hand-select every book. Only the stories I absolutely love and can’t put down make it into the box.

Log into your account and click "Manage Subscription." From there, select "Skip next order."

Yes! Just head to your account, click "Manage Subscription," and choose "Cancel."

While we can’t offer full special editions due to volume requirements, Tier 2 and 3 subscribers receive exclusive book art approved by both the author and publisher.

I work closely with publishers and authors to include signed copies whenever possible. Most recent boxes include 2–3 signed books.

Fantasy Bookly is a quarterly subscription. You’re billed once every three months.

Boxes ship within 4–6 weeks after the quarterly cutoff (January 5, April 5, July 5, or October 5).

Yes! You can manage your membership anytime by logging into your account here.

We don’t accept returns, but if something arrives damaged or missing, reach out! I’ll always do my best to make it right.
