Refund policy
At Fantasy Bookly, each box is carefully curated, packed, and shipped with love. Because of the nature of our subscription model and limited-edition items, we do not accept returns or offer full refunds once an order has been placed.
However, your experience matters to us, and we’ll always make things right in the event of a mistake or damage.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your box arrives with a missing or damaged item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
- We’ll do our best to replace the missing or broken item as quickly as possible.
- If the item is no longer available, we’ll issue a partial refund for the affected item(s).
Please note that this policy applies to individual items only, not entire box refunds.
